Sounds like a complicated relationship between father and child. Can’t remove that component it seems, even when the child is AI. Nicely done.

A robot in solitude, breaking through the barrier of emotion. Loneliness is one of the most introspective emotions. A break- through seems plausible.

Reading it the second time, with the video you attached (Flight From the City) playing, the music and the images took your story to another level. A dreamier version of Solas (Russian Version) came to mind. Brilliant.
