Like a dancer on a music box, she seemed to move only when someone would wind up her key. The expected smiles became more elusive and the sticky cobweb spread through her body, slowing her heartbeat.
Red light cast strange shadows on her face, making her fake lashes even longer, hiding her eyes from strangers.
She wondered when it became easier to display her naked body, then to show them her face…when it became more bearable to give them entrance to her body, but deny them her lips.
The shame becomes acceptance, intimacy gets a different definition. She hides her Self well, but I don’t think she lost it yet. Great emotional writing.
Powerful portrait. She’s trapped it seems, and I sense the she’s closing herself down inside a cage of her own making. Lots to think about in your story.
Super take on the prompt, Loré! Video goes great with the story, too. Beautiful vocals!

I really like the way she hides herself with those lashes… Eyes and lips still too intimate… I think you have capture the red light emotions.

Tragic story you really got inside her and showed emotions brilliantly. Funny, but I didn’t see the key at all until reading this.
