Last week I shared one of my poems, together with the image I created for Monochrome Madness Challenge. I liked that. My passions intertwining, building on each other, a Kaleidoscope of my dreams. This week I decided to share another of my poems, the softness of the flowers reminded me of the words I wrote some time ago.
Solar Love
I heard you whisper softly,
Unbearably close to my ear: Even if I am not around you I am always and forever here.
You know we can get away,
We just can’t keep hiding.
You know we can walk away,
Loose these ties that are binding.
I am forever lost in your eyes,
Your gaze travels my uncharted map.
As universe slowly folds in on itself,
My heart can’t escape your solar trap.
We can get away from here,
Stars call upon us to wake…
We can walk away my dear,
Hold me close so we don’t break.
